I read a story of how within this Health Care Bill for Law, it stated force pay against Vets.I was so stuned os its lack of moral insite to even be considered a Law, what I wrote I will not repeat here but I will show you where

Companies Forced Pay &To Force Veterans to Pay health Care

First my little input in our efforts to build a Uhited Health Care forum in and by the people..
A long time ago when the Constitution was brought before the people, that it was to honor the men and women who died in that war. The blood ,sweat and tears of so many that the Officials said that never again will these people be ruled. For their fight for Freedom is truly the Heart Of America.

That it will be known for the days to come that the people are the Government and the Officials that hold seat are charged with the task to maintain this Constitutional Order.

I want the men and women of the Milatary Forces to know that they own a peace of the{ ROCK }, that every time they fly that war bird or stand on a deck of a war ship or dirve that tank {They own a peace of this.} This is what the Constitution is all about.........

Never again will a VET be shit on by a polictal official or anyone else.
and this is the memo we received and this story is posted at
And I was asked to break down the issues into short simple forums and you may go to http://www.federalactsecuritycard.mysite.com/

Obama Wants To Force Veterans To Pay For Their Own Health Care

Or, more accurately, veterans with private health insurance. But even so, isn’t the health care our troops current receive a benefit they earned by serving their country?

Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki confirmed Tuesday that the Obama administration is considering a controversial plan to make veterans pay for treatment of service-related injuries with private insurance. . . .

No official proposal to create such a program has been announced publicly, but veterans groups wrote a pre-emptive letter last week to President Obama voicing their opposition to the idea after hearing the plan was under consideration.

The groups also cited an increase in “third-party collections” estimated in the 2010 budget proposal — something they said could be achieved only if the Veterans Administration started billing for service-related injuries.

Asked about the proposal, Shinseki said it was under “consideration.”

“A final decision hasn’t been made yet,” he said.

If the Obama administration pulls this shenanigan, shame on them. Especially in light of the billions taxpayers are being forced to dole out to insolvent banks and nearly-bankrupted automakers.

Even that Obama would consider this, in light of all the pork and subsidy he’s signed into law for people not responsible enough to pay their own bills and run their own companies in a solvent fashion, is a black mark against his character.

Congressman Farr's Update on Veterans' Issues
Monday, November 9, 2009 9:23 PM
From:
"Representative Sam Farr"

November 9, 2009
Henry Massingale

1503 Ne. 4th. Ct.

Boynton Beach, Florida 33435-2728

Dear Henry:

I have always believed that our nation must honor the commitments and promises it has made to our nation's veterans, and this Veterans Day gives us the opportunity to honor the sacrifices veterans have made to safeguard our democratic principles.

Fort Ord Veterans Cemetery Update

The veterans community on the Central Coast has been working for more than 15 years to build a cemetery at the former Fort Ord to provide a final resting place for all veterans and their eligible family members who live in the region. I have worked closely with veterans and state and local officials in my district to see this important project realized, including helping to secure the land for the cemetery when Fort Ord closed. The land is available at no cost to the state, a design plan is in the works and there is definitive data on start-up and maintenance costs to help guide fundraising efforts.

In order to expedite the creation of the cemetery, it is possible the cemetery may be opened in phases, with Phase I limited to columbarium-only burials (vaults for ashes), meaning there would be no in-ground burial during this initial phase. This columbarium-only cemetery is a concept for now and is being considered as a way to save costs and jump-start the initial opening of the cemetery. Right now the plan calls for a columbarium-only option strictly in the first phase of development. Assuming fundraising efforts are successful, full in-ground burials would be available in later years during the next phase. Please visit http://www.farr.house.gov/survey to let me know what you think about this issue.

For more information on the cemetery, please visit http://ccvcf.com.

New VA/DOD Clinic for the Central Coast

I have been working with the local veterans community, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department Of Defense to build a joint outpatient clinic for veterans and active and retired military members. When this new state-of-the-art clinic is built, it will replace the current outpatient clinic on the former Fort Ord and further supplement the services provided by the current Capitola VA clinic. Furthermore, this new joint VA/DOD clinic will offer expanded services in gastroenterology, mental health, orthopedics, and audiology and speech to meet the needs of veterans and active and retired military personnel who live on the Central Coast. This new joint clinic will fulfill the vision of General Bill Gourley, a tireless champion of veterans' issues, who passed away last year.

Legislation in the 111th Congress

In my capacity as Vice-Chair for the Committee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies, I helped to accomplish the largest increase in veterans' funding in the VA's 77-year history in 2007. Since January 2007, Congress has increased the baseline for the VA by $19.9 billion, a 59 percent increase. Most of these funds have been dedicated to increasing and improving veterans' health services.

Building on the new GI Bill for the 21st Century, I have cosponsored the Veterans Educational Equity Act (H.R. 2474). This bill would create a supplemental grant to ensure that veterans in states such as California, with low public institution tuition rates, are able to take full advantage of their maximum educational benefit provided by the new GI Bill. This bill will provide veterans $6,586.54 to pay for tuition and fees at institutions of higher education.

One of our most basic commitments to our veterans is access to quality health care. I am proud to announce that on October 22, President Obama signed the Veterans Health Care Budget Reform and Transparency Act (H.R. 1016) into law. This historic bill authorizes Congress to approve the budget for the VA Health Care System a year in advance, which will ensure reliable and timely funding and give the VA more time to plan how to deliver the best care to our nation's veterans.

I also believe that we must honor the service of the members of our armed forces. Under the Thank You to the Merchant Mariners of World War II Act of 2009 (H.R. 23), qualifying Merchant Marines who served between December 7, 1941, and December 31, 1946, who did not receive benefits under the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, would receive a monthly compensation of $1,000. This bill has already passed the House and is awaiting action in the Senate.

Veteran Center Community Outreach Vehicle

Veterans in the 17th Congressional District now have access to a Veteran Center Community Outreach Vehicle. This mobile center travels throughout the tri-county area providing services to veterans. It is a state-of-the-art facility staffed by a social worker, an outreach specialist to assist with VA claims and a counselor. The center can also serve as a mobile triage unit in the event of a disaster. It is one of 50 Veteran Center Community Outreach Vehicles stationed across the nation, and one of four in California. For scheduling and information, please contact the Santa Cruz Veterans' Center at 831-464-4575.

Don't Forget About the Veterans History Project!

Recognizing that the oral history of our nation's veterans needs to be preserved for future generations, the Library of Congress and the American Folklife Center have initiated the Veterans History Project to chronicle the wartime experiences of veterans who served during World Wars I and II, the Korean, Vietnam and Persian Gulf Wars and the current Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts. If you are a veteran and would like to tell the story of your wartime experiences, or of the special camaraderie you developed with your fellow servicemen/women, you may wish to participate in the Veterans History Project. Your story is important, and will become part of the chronicles of military life in the Library of Congress collections. If you are a veteran who wants to be interviewed or someone who would like to perform interviews with local vets, please contact the Monterey County United Veterans Council at 831-647-7610 or visit http://www.loc.gov/vets/

As our nation's veterans have answered the call to service, there are opportunities for each one of us to give back to our communities.

Sincerely,

SAM FARR

Member of Congress

I will post this again and leave it alone because I did not knot I would change the forum of this page to the right.

I wish to be allowed to share this concept with you,the people United States Of America.

From the date of September 11, 2001 I have watched this Nation slowly die and this war has taken on a thought, a concept, that makes me feel unsafe.
I asked the big what if and why, and this is it, " Why do the people of the United States Of America grow weaker because if a dollar and the Arabic Drug Empire grows stronger to the point that now another 40,000 men and women of the United States Military is leaving for the war, why is there a hands off policy, that will not allow the destruction of these popy fields ?"
The people we are at war with seek the death of every last man, woman and child in the world in order so that their chosen few can re-populate the world.
These people such as this looked for bio- war fare within the shippment of their drugs to full fill the laws of their god.
This is so hard for my mind to understand that, why ? comes to me all the time.

Back From Iraq... With A Traumatic Brain Injury   14 weeks 1 day ago

We need to make sure we keep our troops safe and that they have the services and resources they need when they return. They endure incredible stress and see things that many of us thankfully don't have to because of their services. Making sure they are adequately covered and supported through their returning cases of PTSD and traumatic brain injury is of the utmost importance.

Back From Iraq... With A Traumatic Brain Injury   33 weeks 5 days ago

There is nothing more disastrous than getting a brain injury. Traumatic Brain Injury is totally different from other injuries as it cannot be seen and treatment without seeing is really difficult. I totally support your view of bringing back the troops and giving them proper treatment. Brain injuries can be cured if proper treatment is given from the initial stage though it may take a long time.

Military Families Speak Out (MFSO)   37 weeks 6 days ago

Bread & Water Theatre will be launching its largest production to date in August with auditions for William Shakespeare’s Troilus and Cressida. This play, if you are unfamiliar with it, takes place seven years into the Trojan War and serves as a commentary on the horror of war. We’ll be adapting this play into a more modern setting using the current struggles in Darfur, Iraq and elseware to inspire the production process. Which means for us that we will be moving away from puffy shirts and tights to military fatigues and machetes.

To that end we are beginning our search for costumes and other material for the show and are looking for your help. The modern military uniform is much different than what we have seen in the past and what is currently available in the stores. If you know a veteran of the Iraq/Afghanistan wars who would be able to donate military fatigues, boots, gas masks and/or any other similar type of item to our cause it would be greatly appreciated. At the end of the production we can either make arrangements to return the clothing or donate it to the theatre for a tax credit. We would also be happy to do an add exchange with any organization who is willing and able to help us on our search.

Please pass this message along to anyone who may be interested.

University of Rochester Is Occupied   51 weeks 2 days ago

There is NO occupation of "Palestinian territories." Every inch of Gaza is under Hamas/Palestinian control. The humanitarian crises in the area was caused by Hamas' 8-year assault on Southern Israel. Hamas has shot thousands of rockets at Israeli civilian homes, schools, kindergardens and synagogues, and then hides behind its own civilians. Hamas continues to shoot rockets at innocent civilians to this day.

AWOL Soldier Trevor Loope released from jail   1 year 2 weeks ago

Look, he lied about his reasons its plain and simple. He was wanted by the Law for criminal charges, and he ran rather than face his illegal actions like a man.

PTSD, he never heard of it till they came looking for him.

He is a little liar and a criminal to boot, no matter which way you look at it

AWOL Soldier Trevor Loope released from jail   1 year 2 weeks ago

Trevor is absolutely not a liar! I am his cousin, and I can personally vouch for the trauma he has experienced, and how that trauma has changed him. Furthermore, I am a clinician, and as a clinician, he shows real signs and symptoms of PTSD.

For too long, mental health has not been recognized as the disease it truly is. You would not blame someone with breast cancer for their illness, and yet people all too often point the finger at victims of mental disturbances as "jokes" and "liars." People like that are the reason why the military does not take mental illness seriously, and why good, loving people like Trevor have to fight for the care and recognition of disease that should be freely and willingly given him.
